FULL BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS*

November 21, 2024

January 23, 2025, 8:00am; Athletics Committee Meeting.  Some trustees and presenters will participate virtually in accordance with state legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees. The public session of the meeting will be available via livestream, which can be accessed here. The Athletics Committee will recess into executive session to discuss personnel matters including the appointment and employment of public employees and trade secret information required by law to be kept confidential. Note – it is anticipated that almost the entirety of this meeting will be in executive session. 

January 23, 2025, 9:00am or immediately following the Athletics Committee meeting, whichever is later; Board of Trustees Meeting.  Some trustees and presenters will participate virtually in accordance with state legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees. March 13, 2025, 8:00am; Academic Affairs and Student Success and Financial Affairs Committee Meetings.  In accordance with state legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees, this meeting will be fully virtual, and the public session will be available via livestream, which can be accessed here.

March 20, 2025, 8:00am; Board of Trustees Meeting.  Some trustees and presenters will participate virtually in accordance with state legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees.
