The CSU/Metro Health Clinic, located in the Health College is offering great services to students. Anyone can schedule an appointment at the on-campus clinic by calling 440-592-1900.

Metro Health offers the Be SimplyWell website and newsletter! Be SimplyWell is a collection of resources designed to help you be an informed partner in your healthcare journey. Through blog articles, videos, health talks and other special events, and monthly Be SimplyWell newsletter, we're helping you take simple steps toward better health. NEW! The CSU Recreation Center will soon be introducing Shine Well! This website will house university wellness resources for students, faculty, and staff!  Shine Well will help you explore the many facets of wellness and find ways to incorporate them into your life. Explore the dimensions of wellness to learn more about the benefits of crafting a more well-rounded wellness lifestyle.

Mental Health and Wellness Assistance
Please remember to take care of your mental health as well.
Mental health support and assistance are available to you 24/7 through the CSU Counseling Center. Call 216-687-2277, or schedule an appointment online. Crisis hours are available without appointment Monday – Friday from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. The Counseling Center is located at 1836 Euclid Avenue, Union Building Suite 220. 

CARE Management
CARE is an optional resource which facilitates a network of support comprised of CARE Managers, on and off-campus resources, and faculty. We offer one-on-one meetings, referrals, assistance navigating CSU policies, advocacy, and risk assessment. If you have a concern and you’re unsure where to go – reach out to CARE.
